Why at home and not in a studio?
So many beautiful moments happen at home, during the first weeks and months. The baby gets their first blanket, their first toy, cuddles with mom during feeding, and sometimes makes a little mess afterwards. All of this is part of life and these first precious moments.

The most beautiful memories happen at home. The baby feels safe, mom and dad are more relaxed, and the baby senses that. With plenty of time and calm, we create wonderful images that will make you happy and full of joy.

A home session captures your family’s lifestyle, that special “something” you’ll want to remember for years. And of course, it’s very convenient since everything you need for the baby is right there.

What if a home session isn’t possible?
Sometimes home just isn’t an option. Maybe you’ve just moved, are renovating, or aren’t currently living in your own space. Or perhaps you’d like a newborn session with me but live farther away and it’s difficult for me to come to you.

In these cases, I offer the possibility to use a lovingly designed studio space with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. It’s a neutral, stylish room perfect for natural and intimate images, almost like being at home.

The studio is rented as needed and available by request only. If you’re interested, just send me a message and I’ll share all the details.

When is the best time?
The ideal time for a home newborn session is between days five and fourteen. At this age, babies sleep a lot and aren’t yet too active.

But even if you decide after day fourteen, equally precious and loving memories of your family can still be captured.
